MEET THE COACH

HI, I'M JANESHA MOORE

As a coach, my experience allows me to present you with a program of multiple disciplines. As a TEDx Speaker, known mental health advocate, advertising professional, and digital content creator— I am equipped to transform you
into the multifaceted leader you need to be to thrive.

I will meet you where you are in your journey as a leader.

Whether it may be just discovering your impact, navigating relationships within your career and personal life, or simply needing support and accountability — My program is designed to unpack what is holding you back so you can live and lead the way I know you were made to.

I am passionate about making lives easier, even if that first means having the challenging conversations and doing the
hard work to reach the goals you set out for yourself

I will be your coach, advocate, listening ear, and an understanding consistent partner on your journey.

You will feel valued, heard, entertained, and challenged.

Are you ready to see how good it can get
if you give it your all?

MY GOAL IS TO MAKE YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING

because you can.
and someone is waiting for you to show up.

Where’s The Fun, In Going For It?

Everyone tells you to get out of your own way, but never how to deal with what happens when you actually do.

What happens after the motivation and rush dies down from the kickoff? You’ve finally decided to go for it, and you’re signing up to learn about “things” and writing affirmations on post it notes, and maybe even announced it to some friends. But what happens after that?

Well, that’s where I’m currently living in and let me tell you, it kind of sucks. You understand the potential of your capabilities and can even visualize everything you’re going to be, but the in between feels like it will take forever to cross the finish line.

More than anything you have to understand that you’re in the season of sowing your seeds. And what does that look like?

  1. Investing in your dreams through trainings, coaching, video tutorials, certification programs.
  2. Finding time during the day as well as night to focus and still keep a social balance.
  3. Feeling like you’re giving and giving (money) and not getting anything in return (yet).
  4. Possibly working your 9-5 while building on your passion project (because our hearts desires don’t always pay the bills in the beginning.

And while it may feel like you’re getting burnt out, or you’re on this journey alone, you’re not. I’m here to encourage you (and myself) to keep going because your entire life can change in one year if you keep your head focused on that goal.

Here’s a few things on my list to keep going:

  1. Remember why you started. Do yourself a favor and remember the day you locked in and knew that this was the path for you. Ride on that feeling, keep going.
  2. Keep track of your journey. Get a glimpse of how far you’ve come since day 1, how much you’ve learned, how much time you’ve invested. What do the people say? You didn’t come this far, ONLY to come this far.
  3. Surround yourself with people who are in the sowing season with you so you can encourage one another, or people who have already been where you are at right now who can remind you, “it’s all temporary.”
  4. Start visualizing the life you know is coming your way. Start visualizing being released from the struggle (maybe I’m just talking to myself here, but baby girl needs some coins!)
  5. If your passion project has to do with helping people, keep reminding yourself that those people are waiting for you to show up!! Don’t disappoint them!!

Alright y’all, I’ve got myself all fired up. I know the journey is hard but I’ve watched with my own eyes that’s it’s worth it. Keep pushing. Keep visualizing. Keep working. Keep believing in yourself.

I’m expecting a win!

Stay motivated. Stay organized. Stay inspired.

Love,

J
