Day 7.
Seven days ago I decided to pick myself back up and here I am doing so much better.
Everyday I’m making the choice to prioritize what makes me feel, Acknowledging the small things that make big memories and deciding what works for me.
A few things that worked for me this week.
- waking up at 6am and walking a few miles
- challenging myself to open up more and more with Cree so I can connect with him more
- eating clean
- taking a breath before I respond
- keeping my promises to myself
I’m happy I’ve committed to something. In the last few months, I personally feel like I haven’t been looking forward to or working towards anything.
So everyday that I keep my word, I get to be proud of myself.
I’ve never been great at clapping for myself, so maybe the small tangible goals will help me learn how to celebrate ME.
